Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, enquiry type and message. A career application also collects the position, location, experience, cover message and CV you choose to provide. Please do not submit bank details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Why the information is used
We use enquiry details to respond to your request and manage the resulting conversation. Recruitment details are used to review an application and communicate about it. Depending on the activity, the relevant legal basis may be steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests or another applicable basis. The privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice and is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Service providers and access
Authorised staff may access relevant records. The application uses Railway for hosting, PostgreSQL records and private object storage. Resend is the intended transactional email provider when configured. Service-provider access and any international transfers must be reviewed alongside the final account settings and contractual safeguards.
Retention
The website defaults to a 180-day retention period for applications and enquiries, subject to a relevant legal need to keep a record longer. An authorised administrator can adjust this policy. We remove associated CV files when an application is deleted. Contact us if you want your application withdrawn.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and portability where it applies. We may need to confirm your identity before responding. Contact [email protected]. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
